Add Fish or Chicken for a heartier option.

Choose from a variety of sauces- always vegan: Alfredo, Macadamia Cheese, Spicy Thai, Sweet Honey Miso, or Lemon Tahini

Choose from a variety of Ethinic cuisine: Mexican, Asian, Italian, Middle Easterns, and your base (quinoa, rice, forbidden rice, rice noodles, cauliflower rice), and sauces. I'll add all the extras.

I use coconut sugar, honey, and stevia or allulose as sweeteners. Vegan Cheesecake (Mango, Berry, Lemon, Lavendar-Lemon, Chocolate, Pumpkin, Vanilla-Rose). Chocolate Torte, Puddings (Vanilla Coconut Custard, Chocolate Mousse), Cakes and Cupcakes (chocolate, lemon, chcolate-rose, carrot cake).

Frostings on cakes and cupcakes are made with coconut cream, vanilla, honey and appropriate flavors) I use essential oils and powdered beet and turmeric for food coloring)

    Hello, my name is Elaina Love. I am a holistic chef, detox guide, and spiritual retreat leader devoted to the art of high-frequency nourishment. For over two decades, I have inspired others to heal, awaken, and thrive through food that feeds both the body and the soul.

    My culinary philosophy is rooted in simplicity, purity, and love. Every dish I create is infused with intention — crafted from organic, living ingredients that honor the Earth and uplift the spirit. My meals are more than nourishment; they are medicine for clarity, vitality, and connection.

    As the founder and host of The Remembering Retreat and Mount Shasta Detox Immersions, I blend my expertise in raw and whole-food nutrition, fasting, and cellular cleansing with a deep reverence for nature’s wisdom. Each offering is designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit — reminding guests that true healing begins within.
